The picture for this free Christian wallpaper came from our trip to the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. I then exported it to Photoshop and used the cutout filter to acheive this effect. The verse reads "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
